Dallas & DFW
Fleet auto glass across Dallas and DFW
Fleet glass is not a bigger version of consumer glass. The vehicle being off the road usually costs more than the windshield does, and the person arranging the work is rarely the person driving it.
So the job is organised around your operation rather than ours: we come to the yard, we work through several vehicles in a visit where that makes sense, and the documentation goes to whoever needs it rather than being handed to a driver on a scrap of paper.
What changes the job, and the price
- Vehicle mix
- A fleet of identical vans is straightforward to plan for. A mixed fleet of cars, vans and trucks needs different glass and different scheduling.
- How many vehicles in one visit
- Several vehicles at one site in one visit is materially more efficient than the same vehicles booked separately.
- Camera-equipped vehicles
- Newer commercial vehicles increasingly carry forward-facing cameras. Recalibration is quoted separately and affects how long the vehicle is unavailable.
- Where and when the vehicles stand
- Overnight at a yard is easier to work around than mid-shift. Tell us the pattern and we will schedule into it.
- Site access requirements
- Gate procedures, inductions and insurance documentation are normal at commercial premises and are quicker to arrange before the first visit than on the day.
- Repair versus replacement
- On a fleet the repairable-chip decision compounds. Catching chips early is the cheapest glass policy there is.
We quote from the vehicle rather than a price list, for the same reason as everything else on this site — see how pricing works. Camera recalibration, where the vehicle needs it, is quoted as a separate line rather than folded into the glass.
What we need to quote it
- Roughly how many vehicles, and the mix — cars, vans, tractors.
- Where they are based and when they are typically standing.
- Whether any carry forward-facing cameras or driver-assistance systems.
- Who receives the paperwork, and what your finance team needs on it.
- Any site access, induction or insurance documentation we should sort out in advance.
Send those through the quote form, or call (469) 200-4801 — for commercial work the phone is usually faster, because there are normally two or three questions either way.

Fleet & commercial accounts — common questions
Do you set up an account, or is it job by job?
Either. Some operators want a standing arrangement with agreed paperwork and a single point of contact; others just want someone reliable to call. Tell us which suits you and we will set it up that way rather than pushing you into a contract you did not ask for.
Can you work overnight or outside our operating hours?
Tell us the window your vehicles are actually standing and we will tell you honestly what we can cover. Our published hours are 7am to 7pm daily, and anything outside that is a conversation rather than a promise on a web page.
What paperwork do we get?
An invoice with the vehicle identified, and where a vehicle needed camera recalibration, the scan report showing the safety systems were verified. If your finance or compliance team needs a particular reference on the invoice — a purchase order, a cost code, a vehicle number — tell us and it goes on.
Can you handle chips before they become replacements?
That is the single most useful thing a fleet can do about glass cost. A repairable chip caught early is a fraction of a replacement and the vehicle is back out the same visit. If your drivers can report chips as they happen, we can work through them in batches rather than replacing windshields later.

Send the vehicle details and a photograph of the damage. We will come back with what it needs, what it costs, and when we can be there.
